Accessibility at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House

Arrival
As you arrive at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, you will find 6 parking spaces of which 4 are reserved for blue badge holders. These are located to the left of the main reception entrance. There is also a turning circle located directly outside the main entrance for dropping off and picking up only. There is a level, paved route from the disabled parking into the hotel where the main entrance has an automatic revolving door and an automated push button operated single door for wheel chair access. If you need assistance with luggage or equipment, our team are on duty 24 hours.

Reception
The Reception desk is located on the ground floor of the hotel in the entrance lobby. You will be offered a personal check-in service with a full explanation of the hotel's facilities together with a familiarisation tour if required. Assistance is available to help take your luggage to your room. Reception staff will also brief you on our evacuation policy and please note on your registration card if assistance is needed in the event of an evacuation. To the left of the main reception are the lifts to all floors for bedrooms, leisure club and meeting rooms.

Bedrooms
Norton Park Hotel has 6 purpose built disabled rooms. These are made up of 3 on the Ground floor and 3 on the First floor. If you would like to specifically book one of our access rooms, please let us know upon booking.

Public areas
There are no steps on the main corridors and public areas on the ground floor.

All the bar and lounge facilities at Norton Park Hotel are located on the ground floor making them easily accessible and all the restaurant facilities are located on the first floor with access via the passenger lift to the left of the main reception. All lifts have audible enunciation and tactile buttons at standard height. Accessible toilet facilities are located on the right had side passed the main bar through the double doors.

Conference, Banqueting & Meeting Rooms
Our meeting rooms are located on both the ground and first floors and are fully accessible from Reception via lift or stairs. The meeting rooms on the first floor are accessed via lift or staircase. Lighting can be dimmed where required in the main function suite. Please notify your conference or banquet for specific seating or staging requirements. Accessible toilets are located to the left of the lift in the pre function area.

Reflections Leisure and Spa
The leisure club is located on the ground floor and the Gym on the first floor. A member of the leisure team will show you the facilities and assist with access to the swimming pool and spa. A dedicated accessible toilet, wheel in shower room with drop down seat and appropriate grab rails and changing area is located within the leisure club.

Outdoor Facilities
The patio area, which is level and paved can be accessed via the double doors at main reception area.

Alternative means of transport
If not travelling by car, the nearest bus stop is located on Bullington Lane.  And the bus routes from here take you to Winchester or Basingstoke.
